Poor customer service
I bought a new Spyder RT from yall. The first time I brought in for service (I needed to leave at the dealer), they had me park my bike trailer at the back of their lot to save me gas money towing it home. The next time I had to leave the bike, they refused to allow me to leave the trailer, citing liability issues. This cost me over $100 additional by towing to SC and back. I initially liked the dealership, but after that decision, I have not returned. Since then, I have had business with another Can Am dealer, including the purchases of another RT and an F3 limited.
