Superior Service and Customer Communication
I've had 2 experiences thus far with Marshall thus far and both have been very positive. His communication and break down on the details of the repairs is excellent. Its Service Managers like him who are the ones that create return business. Make sure JWS takes care of him as he is a money make for this company.
